Refund policy

All sales are considered final. We have a strict No Returns and No Refund policy except under our Authenticity Guarantee. Our team works diligently to provide lots of photos along with descriptions to ensure you have the info you need for your purchasing decisions. We strive to be as transparent as we can in providing you with the product condition and photos. Customers are encouraged to inspect the photos, use the zoom feature to look closely and read through our descriptions thoroughly as they all form part of the product description.

Should you have a problem with your order, please email us within 48 hours in order for us to assess and we will review each request on a case by case basis. 

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@realuxed.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our products are preloved or vintage in nature and as such will have varying degrees of condition. All photos provided show the product in detail in order for your to inspect prior to ordering. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have a 100% authenticity guarantee and we have verified our products through a 3rd-party authentication services. If your product is deemed inauthentic, we will refund you 100% of your purchase upon the return of the product. 3rd party service proof would have to be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Due to the unique element of each preloved product, we cannot issue any exchanges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation of Orders
We cannot cancel orders however, if an exception is made, there is a non-negotiable 15% restocking applicable.
