Shipping policy | USA & Canada
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to become available.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING TO THE USA & CANADA FOR ORDERS OVER $99.99. We ship using a variety of carriers which include Canada Post, USPS, Fedex and UPS. Most shipments will take between 3-9 Business days after the processing time to arrive if you are near a major metropolitan area. A tracking number will be sent to your email once we have fulfilled your items. Due to the nature of our products, we ship with a signature required. USA shipping is only to the 48 continental states. Other territories and states may have additional costs.
For Canada, shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) - There will be no extra brokerage, duties or taxes and prices are all inclusive. The price quoted at checkout is the price you will pay.

International
We offer international shipping to the following countries: The UK, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA with cost estimated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Realuxed Collection LLC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available if shipped within Ontario. For Canadian orders in other provinces, your tracking will update once it has arrived in your city which should be 3-5 business days. Our email system is accurate to when we've shipped out your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@reluxedcollection.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Delivery Status
The Realuxed Collection LLC. will follow the tracking information provided by the carrier for any disputes regarding shipment status. We ship our packages with signature option with a verifiable confirmation of receipt. If there are any discrepancies, you will have to contact your local post office to open an investigation.
